Everything we produce is made from natural ingredients and lovingly prepared at very low temperatures (not above 42oC) to protect the food’s nutritional goodness that is normally lost in the process of cooking. Seeds where possible are soaked and sprouted to maximise nutrition and digestibility. We produce are high-class artisanal products that made in our happy kitchen with the utmost consideration to both flavour and nutrition. We are not trying to directly replicate wheat and dairy based foods and so look at food in a completely different way. In fact, we consider that our foods are from a new food genre and as such are not limited to those with 'special diets' but now give everyone the option of enjoying new and exciting tastes. All of our products are completely gluten, dairy, peanut and sulphur dioxide/sulphite free. Suitable for Coeliacs, Vegetarians and Vegans and those on a Raw Food diet.
