Raw Lisa Ltd Raw Lisa is here to help you be happy, bouncy and shiny! Signs of this are: smiling, jumping around and glowing from the centre of your being and it’s a pretty amazing feeling. The following information is so that we all know what’s what, and so we all keep smiling.

Shopping with us

You’ll know when to buy our products, and which to buy, because your mouth will be watering and you’ll get a lovely feeling in your tummy.

When that happens add the item/s to your basket and continue exploring the lovely stuff we have to offer, until you’ve had enough for one day. Then you’re ready to press ‘checkout’ and tell us where to send your goodies.

At the checkout, you will see what you have put in your basket and you can tell us where to send it. Then you will see the total cost of your purchase, including postage costs. If you need to make any changes, this is the time to do it.

You can pay with your credit card, debit card or through PayPal. When we receive your order we will send you an email letting you know we’ve got it.

Next time you hear from us will be for us to accept your order, when we will send you an invoice (in legal terms we now have a contract). And then all you have to do is wait (not long) for your goodies to arrive.

Occasionally we might no longer be able to supply products or we have to change their price. If this happens we will always contact you first to make sure you are happy with any change before we proceed with your order.

As we are based in the UK your payment will be in £ pounds sterling.

Delivering Your Goodies

We want you to get your Raw-Lisa goodies as soon as possible and so we send all orders out the same day or next day unless we let you know otherwise.

Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use first class post or a courier service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 5 working days.

Ooops! It’s broken

Sometimes accidents happen and if your order arrives damaged contact us and it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Ooops! That’s not what I wanted

If you realise that you have ordered the wrong thing, you can return it to us within 7 days of placing your order. Just make sure it arrives back to Devon shiny and new. You will just need to pay for the cost of the postage. When your order returns to us safe and sound, we’ll arrange a refund. You’ll be glad to know your legal rights as a consumer will not be affected, so you’ll still be smiling.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Some items will be eligible to have VAT charged on them. VAT is currently charged at 20%. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT except where it is made clear otherwise.

Credit Card Security
